In addition to being a Partner at Wright, Lindsey, & Jennings, Erika Gee is a member of the firm’s Government Relations Practice and a former Chief of Staff and Chief Deputy in the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office. Since returning to Wright Lindsey Jennings in 2015, she has put her years of experience as general counsel for state agencies and licensing boards to work assisting clients in resolving their regulatory and administrative disputes with state government. She also represents clients in government relations matters, including advocacy and policy development with state agency officials, the Attorney General’s Office and the Executive and Legislative branches of government.

Jensyn Hallett

Alivest, Southern Capital Project

Jensyn returned to her home state of Arkansas a decade ago, motivated to promote positive change within the local community. Driven by her passion for gender equity, she founded Southern Capital Project, a nonprofit with a focus on ensuring women in the South have equitable wealth-building opportunities. Additionally, she currently leads strategic partnerships and business development efforts with Invest for Better, an organization helping women take ownership of their finances and shift them to align with their values, building wealth while making a positive impact on the economy. As an advocate for impact investing and a fellow of the Just Economy Institute, Jensyn strives to create an ecosystem that supports the purpose-driven economy. She is the founder and CEO of Alivest, a company dedicated to helping others develop integrated and intentional strategies, designing people-centered solutions and capital strategies that engage the appropriate form of support. In her former role, Jensyn served as director of Impact Capital with Heifer International, where she facilitated affordable investment capital to farmers and cooperatives worldwide. Her final project was leading a revisioning of Heifer International’s work in the agricultural sector of the United States, developing a farmer-focused, impactful program and a plan for engaging the full spectrum of capital to support this effort. Her influence extends beyond organizational leadership as she serves as a governor-appointed member of the Minority and Women-owned Business Advisory Council and teaches the state's first impact investing course at the University of Arkansas.

As BK+W’s owner and founder, Sara steers the brand’s mission to deliver healthy family meals and products while also revolutionizing school lunches. BK+W was recently awarded Best Health and Wellness Small Business by the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Sara won The Venture Center’s pitch competition with her business idea for BK+W. Prior to founding BK+W, Sara spent years in the technology industry and more than a decade in marketing and public relations. She was born and raised in El Salvador and moved to Arkansas to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing degree at the University of Central Arkansas. She went on to also earn a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Further growing her education for BK+W, Sara received a Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Sara is active in the community and has served on multiple boards, including: Wildwood Park for the Arts, Centers for Youth and Families, Arkansas Children Hospital Auxiliary, and CARTI Auxiliary. She lives in Little Rock with her husband, Edmond, and their daughter, Isabella, and has two stepchildren, Garland and Emily.
