Tina E. Gilbert – a seasoned interactive workshop leader and facilitator, leadership coach, and author – is fast emerging as a business advisory in the Human Resource industry. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and has over twenty-five years of experience with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions. After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Marketing, she continued her education at Webster University, where she received a Master of Arts in Management Leadership. Tina is a lifelong learner, and her goal is to help others discover and fulfill their highest potential in life. In 2011, Tina finally actualized her dream when Next Level Training Solutions Group LLC, opened to be a world-class business that offers innovative and high-quality training, workshops, and Human Resources services. She has deployed her mission of consistently delivering high quality services and programs that promotes results. 

Amy Knight

Stephens

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Managing Director Amy Knight provides personalized solutions to help her clients reach their financial goals. Amy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Amy earned the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA Inactive) in 1990. She furthered her education by completing Stephens’ advanced wealth management program, Stephens University, offered through Wake Forest University. Amy serves as a member of her church parish council and is the treasurer of the Circle of Life board of directors. She is a member of Fayetteville Wheelman, a local cycling club, as well as the Women of Oz, a nonprofit organization that gets women on mountain bikes by breaking down barriers. Amy also volunteers with Canopy Northwest Arkansas, which supports refugees and their families’ transition to the United States. Amy has four children and 3 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys traveling.

Dana Silaski

Dana Silaski joined Stephens in 1994 and is a Managing Director and senior member of the Private Company Advisory team. Throughout her investment banking career, she has advised middle-market, family-owned and owner-managed businesses as they consider financial and strategic transactions. Dana has played a key role in structuring and negotiating private placements of equity and debt for Stephens’ corporate clients across a broad range of industries. Her experience also includes minority and control transactions, preparing for and executing M&A transactions, as well as public debt and equity offerings. Prior to Stephens, Dana managed equity and fixed income portfolios at a regional trust company. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and earned a BSBA with high honors in finance at the University of Arkansas.

Jessie Wilson

Dale Carnegie Training Mid-South

Jessie is the Vice President of Client Engagement for Dale Carnegie Training of the Mid-South, offered by Howard, Mohorn, and Associates LLC. Dale Carnegie Mid-South includes all of Arkansas, west Tennessee, north Mississippi, south Missouri, and parts of Oklahoma and Texas. Jessie is a certified Dale Carnegie Senior Trainer. Her responsibilities in that role are to collaborate with organizations to provide world-class training to their workforces. She has been acknowledged by Dale Carnegie and Associates as being in the top consultants in North America for the past several years. Mrs. Wilson has worked with companies in the manufacturing, engineering, financial services, technology, oil and gas, real estate, business services, customer service, healthcare, construction, and information technology industries. She has expertise in several key competencies including, but not limited to, sales, communications, all levels of leadership, conflict resolutions, personality styles, public speaking, strategic planning, coaching, complaint resolution, generational gaps, and interpersonal skills.
